COVID-19 Update for Clients

July 13, 2021

We understand that COVID-19 can add to the stress you may already be experiencing because of an unexpected pregnancy, post abortion stress, sexual assault, domestic abuse or material needs.

Our centres have fully re-opened. Staff continue to practise physical distancing, masking, screening, and sanitization protocols. To ensure maximum safety within our centres, it is recommended clients phone ahead to book an appointment. Masks are recommended.

Our centres are open Monday to Friday, 9-5pm. We also continue to provide free and confidential help through the phone, OnlineCare, and face-to-face video conferencing support.

We are still here for you! Please do not hesitate to connect with us.

Please remember the importance of basic measures that we can all take to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 including washing your hands regularly, avoiding touching your face, sneezing or coughing into your elbow, and staying home if you are ill.

If you are experiencing any symptoms including fever, cough or shortness of breath, or have just returned to the country in the past 14 days, please do not visit the centre and follow the steps recommended by the public health unit. Please see this link for a Self-Assessment Tool.

Please connect with any of our outreaches for support and information that you may need at this time. You are not alone.
