Client Services Director
The Crisis Pregnancy Centre of Burnaby & New Westminster invites applications for Client Services Director. Position is full-time.
The Client Services Director will assist the Program Director in supervising and strengthening volunteers, coordinate client services and support services, and manage client communications and data entry systems. They will book and perform peer counselling appointments, as well as assist with Burnaby Safe House management and administration.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary degree or training in a related field, and exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience working with volunteers and/or pregnancy outreach services. The successful candidate will affirm an evangelical doctrinal statement and exhibit a strong dedication to the sanctity of life.
This position will occasionally require the use of one’s personal vehicle.
Our CPCs are dedicated to providing life-affirming help and resources for women facing an unintended pregnancy. We are governed by the Christian Advocacy Society of Greater Vancouver.
